Koi Skirt and Scarf

I'm honestly not sure what this material is. I got it on sale. All I know is, it is delightfully stretchy ^_^
Was made in 2003.

In August, I start working towards my degree in Apparel Design at one of the Art Institutes.

I'm hoping images like ths one will help me in my quest for scholarships, as a Bachelor's degree is going to cost me about $75,000 [not including books, housing and food]. Currently, student loans are my only means of affording school o.o
